Job Summary
Sunartha, a leading local company with a global scale in digital transformation, is looking for an HR Generalist to join our Jakarta team.
This position plays a critical role in shaping and maintaining a collaborative, high-performing culture within a fast-paced technology and consulting environment. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Plan and execute recruitment processes for various roles across departments.

Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Build and maintain a talent pool to support business growth needs.
2. HR Operations & Administration

Oversee employee data management, attendance, and payroll coordination.

Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.

Manage employee contracts, leave administration, and HR documentation.
3. Employee Relations & Culture
-
Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.

Provide support in resolving employee issues and grievances fairly.

Organize team-building activities and internal communication programs.
4. Performance & Development Management

Support the Managing Director in implementing performance appraisal systems.

Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning programs.

Monitor employee progress and propose initiatives for continuous improvement.
5. HR Strategy & Reporting

Provide insights and regular reports on HR metrics, turnover, and hiring progress.

Support company leadership in developing HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Contribute to process improvement and policy development in HR functions.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR-related roles.

Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving mindset.

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
