Requirements:

Required:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry.

•Proven ability to generate leads using LinkedIn, inbound marketing, and networking activities.

•Strong understanding of the mid-sized and enterprise market in Indonesia.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred:

•Experience in selling IT solutions such as ERP, SaaS, or Business Intelligence tools.

•Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

•Existing network in the IT or enterprise business sector.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Jakarta team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new opportunities with mid-sized and enterprise companies in Indonesia. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in lead generation, business development, and relationship management within the IT industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead Generation:

•Identify and target potential mid-sized and enterprise clients in Indonesia.

•Use LinkedIn, marketing campaigns, and professional networks to source leads.

•Respond promptly to inbound inquiries generated by marketing activities.

2.Opportunity Development:

•Conduct initial discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs.

•Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop customized proposals and strategies for potential clients.

•Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales opportunities.

3.Market Research & Strategy:

•Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify business opportunities.

•Collaborate with the Sales Manager and marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and campaigns.

•Stay updated on industry developments and align efforts with company goals.

4.Networking & Events:

•Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

•Build partnerships with relevant associations and stakeholders to expand the company’s presence.

5.CRM & Reporting:

•Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and pipeline stages in the CRM system.

•Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and key metrics for the Sales Manager.

•Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to support continuous improvement.
