About the Role

Sunartha.co.id is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Supervisor with expertise in tax compliance, well-versed in Indonesian regulatory standards, and proficient in utilizing ERP systems. This role will be pivotal in overseeing the financial health of the company, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting decision-making through accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

Tax Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, PPh, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports in adherence to deadlines.
• Liaise with tax authorities for audits, appeals, and inquiries.
• Monitor updates in tax laws and regulations, advising management on implications.

ERP System Management

• Utilize ERP systems effectively for daily financial operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with ERP consultants and internal stakeholders to optimize system functionality.
• Train team members on ERP usage to enhance process efficiency and data accuracy.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the Director for strategic financial planning.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax compliance roles.
• Prior experience in supervising a team is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Acumatica, or similar) is highly advantageous.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
